CAT Exam, the Common Admission Test, is a computer-based test which is a prerequisite for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes in IIMs. Candidates can download the previous years’ CAT answer keys, which will help candidates review their responses and compare them to the correct answers. This will be extremely beneficial while working out the previous years’ question papers during preparation for analysing the answers. It will also provide them with a thorough understanding of the exam marking pattern. The CAT Exam evaluates a candidate based on their aptitude, reasoning, and language skills. The total duration of the test is 120 minutes. In each session, candidates will have exactly 40 minutes to answer the questions.
With only a few months until the exam, applicants will already be spending a great deal of energy on their CAT Exam preparation by incorporating solving previous years’ question papers, mock tests, sample papers, sectional tests, and so on. All of the previously mentioned tools provide applicants with information on the exam pattern to improve their speed. However, candidates can only benefit from practising all of these if they review their answers and work on analysing and rectifying their errors. The CAT Answer Key gives test-takers an overview of their exam attempts and assists them in calculating an average percentile, which can help them choose their preferred management institutions based on their average percentile before the official results are announced. It also helps CAT Exam candidates cross-check the answers of the attempted papers during revisions.
